The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for a busy high street stockbroking business. You will be joining an established business with a supportive and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- General office administration
- Running daily reports
- Liaising with counterparties
- Handling deposits & withdrawals for clients
- Onboarding clients
Competencies & Skills:
- Work well under pressure
- Strong organisation & communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google sheets, etc
